Georgia Institute of Technology is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The selected candidate will serve as a subject matter expert and primary troubleshooting resource for Salesforce-related issues while supporting system enhancements integrations and user adoption.
This role requires a blend of business analysis Salesforce administration data analysis and stakeholder collaboration to support the institutions digital communication and CRM initiatives. The analyst will work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce and Marketing Cloud solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Support & Troubleshooting
Provide ongoing support for Salesforce users resolving complex system issues and improving platform functionality.
Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce Lightning Experience and Marketing Cloud.
Reporting & Analytics
Develop advanced Salesforce reports and dashboards using cross filters and custom report types.
Support data-driven decision making through improved reporting capabilities.
Marketing Cloud Development
Build and optimize Marketing Cloud solutions including Cloud Pages for digital communications and data capture workflows.
Maintain and enhance automated marketing processes.
Business Analysis & Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing Advising and Digital Communications teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and functional stakeholders.
Data Management
Ensure data quality and integrity across Salesforce and Marketing Cloud platforms.
Troubleshoot segmentation list management and automation issues.
Documentation & Process Improvement
Document system processes enhancements and operational recommendations.
Support system adoption UAT management and user enablement initiatives.
Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Demonstrated Salesforce Trailhead knowledge or ranking
Strong experience supporting Salesforce CRM environments
Excellent skills in business analysis requirements gathering and stakeholder communication
Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification
Experience with data management AppExchange integrations and CRM analytics
Ability to create process flows system diagrams and wireframes
Experience managing UAT processes and system adoption
