Job Summary
The ideal candidate Should have a deep understanding of Sea/Ocean Freight Forwarding / Logistics Industry. Prospecting and developing New Business Development & maintaining healthy relationships with customers & Shipping Lines/ Carriers must have his/her own Customer base and ensure Business Growth.
Responsibilities /JD :
1. Develop and Execute strategies to drive New Business Growth and Convert Existing clients.
2. Sourcing of ideal Freight rates Coordination with Shipping Lines/Carriers
3. Generate New Business Development & Growth with Define Target
4. Manage P&L of the Country
5. Coordinate with Regional International Business Head for reporting Business plan /P&L & MIS reporting.
6. Coordination with in-house Operations Team for day-to-day operations.
7. Continuous Focus on Customer Service & on time response
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business Role
2. Good relationship with Shipping Line/Carriers for Pricing/rates
3. MUST have sound knowledge of existing market understanding and ready CUSTOMER database to excel
4. Min 10-12 years of Sales Experience in Freight Forwarding / Shipping or NVOCC Industry is MUST.
5. Excellent Communication skills with MIS reporting Tools
