Lead Injection Molding Polymer Processing Pad Printing and Assembly
operations with deep technical mastery.

Drive process standardization variation elimination and preventive
maintenance culture to ensure high productivity and quality.
Manage strategic sourcing vendor development material planning logistics
and backward integration initiatives.
Lead cost reduction negotiation and value engineering to improve margins.
Ensure financial discipline through budgeting cost control and profitability
monitoring.
Support sales with techno-commercial expertise and cost competitiveness.
Lead cross-functional teams with strong problem-solving crisis management
and operational discipline.

Skills:

Strong technical expertise in Injection Molding Polymer Behaviour Pad Printing
Molding and Assembly.
Sound knowledge of plastics engineering tooling and ink systems.
Ability to drive process standardization variation elimination and preventive maintenance.
