Job Summary

Department: Operations & Sales
Location: All India West Bengal Kolkata
Reporting To: Regional Manager / Zonal Head

Role Overview

The Branch In-Charge will be responsible for complete branch operations in Pune ensuring revenue growth service excellence profitability and compliance with company standards. The role involves managing sales expansion in the Pune industrial and SME market while maintaining strong operational control.

Key Responsibilities 1. Revenue & Business Development (Market Focus)

Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets for the branch.
Develop business from industrial areas
Strengthen relationships with SMEs manufacturing units auto ancillary companies and traders.
Monitor competitor activity in the logistics market.
Ensure consistent pipeline development and conversion.

2. Operations Management

Ensure smooth pickup and delivery operations across the city and nearby industrial belts.
Monitor TAT and service commitments.
Reduce shipment damages and escalations.
Maintain accurate shipment tracking and documentation.

3. Customer Management

Conduct regular client visits in key industrial clusters.
Resolve service complaints within defined timelines.
Maintain high customer retention and repeat business.

4. Team Leadership

Manage sales executives operations staff and delivery team.
Track daily performance and provide guidance.
Maintain discipline and performance standards.

5. Financial & Administrative Control

Monitor branch profitability.
Control branch expenses.
Ensure timely billing and collections.
Maintain accurate MIS reporting.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate
1 8 years in logistics/express/courier industry
Experience handling all territories preferred
