Growth Strategy & Commercial Leadership
-Define and execute the business development strategy to accelerate products market
footprint across target segments - including mid-market and enterprise engineering
organizations.
-Translate product strengths (AI test generation structured workflows insights
dashboards) into compelling business outcomes for customers.
-Identify use cases where product delivers measurable value - e.g. reducing QA cycle time
minimizing manual effort and enabling better collaboration across teams.
Partnerships & Ecosystem Expansion
-Establish strategic alliances with technology partners to extend integration co-selling
and co-marketing opportunities.
-Develop partner programs and frameworks that foster long-term joint value creation and
pipeline growth.
-Act as the primary relationship owner for alliance partners driving collaborative
opportunities and shared success metrics.
Pipeline & Enterprise Deals
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through outreach events
demos and inbound engagement.
-Lead high-value deal conversations - guiding prospects from discovery through
negotiation and close with clarity empathy and product expertise.
Market Insights & Positioning
-Surface competitive insights (e.g. how generic chatbots compare with products
purpose-built QA automation) to strengthen go-to-market narratives.
-Provide market feedback into product and pricing strategy to sharpen differentiation and
positioning.
Metrics Forecasting & Enablement
- Define clear KPIs (pipeline velocity win rates partner-sourced revenue sales cycle
length) and report progress to the executive team.
-Enable sales and marketing with messaging customer stories and commercial
frameworks that accelerate conversions.
-Coach and mentor junior business development and sales team members as we scale.
Champion a growth mindset across teams by promoting experimentation learning and
accountability.
