Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
Operational ManagementOversee the day-to-day running of the catering operation ensuring efficient and high-quality service food production menu planning stock control and all equipment facilities and processes meet operational and hygiene LeadershipLead motivate and develop catering staff to deliver exceptional rotas training performance reviews and recruitment as a positive and collaborative working ServiceBuild strong relationships with clients customers and customer queries and feedback promptly and service levels consistently meet or exceed ResponsibilityMonitor budgets costs and financial cost-effective practices while maintaining in pricing forecasting and financial & SafetyEnsure adherence to health & safety food hygiene and allergen accurate records and complete audits as robust processes for food safety and risk management.
