Job Summary
Responsibilities
Oversee full financial operations across 6 regions
Lead and manage a team of 8 finance professionals
Prepare and present accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial reports
Drive budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes
Ensure compliance with financial regulations internal controls and company policies
Monitor cash flow working capital and overall financial performance
Provide strategic financial insights and partner with the Managing Director to support business growth
Support regional performance analysis and cost optimisation initiatives
Oversee audits and ensure statutory compliance

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
CA(SA) qualification advantageous
10 15 years experience within the logistics or freight forwarding industry
Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role
