Key Responsibilities

Manage disciplinary grievance and dispute resolution processes in line with labour laws and internal policies.

Represent the organisation at labour forums hearings and negotiations with employees unions and external stakeholders.

Provide advisory support to management on labour legislation employment contracts and HR best practice.

Ensure compliance with the Labour Act and relevant statutory requirements.

Support collective bargaining processes and maintain constructive union relationships.
-
Prepare and manage documentation for hearings cases and audits.
-
Monitor and mitigate industrial relations risks within the business.
-
Conduct training and awareness sessions on IR policies and procedures.

Support HR in policy development and implementation.
Minimum Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Labour Relations Law or a related field.

3 5 years experience in an Industrial Relations or Employee Relations role.

Strong working knowledge of Zimbabwean labour legislation.

Proven experience handling disciplinary and grievance processes.
-
Excellent negotiation communication and conflict resolution skills.

High levels of professionalism confidentiality and integrity.
