Job Summary
- Support the planning execution and monitoring of community development programs
- Collaborate with local partners stakeholders and team members to achieve program goals
- Maintain accurate records and assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences including community members donors and staff
- Contribute to reporting documentation and evaluation processes
- Work independently with initiative while also thriving in a team-oriented environment
Requirements
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Social Work Development Studies Finance Communications Law or Project Management)
Experience working with NGOs or community-based organizations
Traceable references from previous employers or volunteer supervisors
Strong communication and organizational skills
Passion for community development and social impact
Ability to work independently and in a team
