We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Officer / Manager to lead the full HR function ensuring strong organisational culture effective people management and compliance with labour regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead end to end HR operations including recruitment onboarding performance management and employee development.
- Oversee industrial relations ensuring compliance with labour laws and managing disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies procedures and best practice frameworks.
- Drive organisational culture initiatives that support productivity engagement and retention.
- Manage payroll inputs and coordinate with finance; proficiency in payroll systems such as Belina is an added advantage.
- Maintain accurate HR records contracts and statutory documentation.
- Support leadership with workforce planning succession planning and talent development strategies.
- Coordinate training needs assessments and implement staff development programmes.
- Ensure a safe compliant and supportive working environment aligned with company values.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR preferably in a supervisory or senior officer role.
- Strong knowledge of Zimbabwean labour laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with payroll systems (e.g. Belina) is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure handle confidential information and make sound decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Social Sciences or a related field.
