Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Officer / Manager to lead the full HR function ensuring strong organisational culture effective people management and compliance with labour regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end to end HR operations including recruitment onboarding performance management and employee development.
  • Oversee industrial relations ensuring compliance with labour laws and managing disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies procedures and best practice frameworks.
  • Drive organisational culture initiatives that support productivity engagement and retention.
  • Manage payroll inputs and coordinate with finance; proficiency in payroll systems such as Belina is an added advantage.
  • Maintain accurate HR records contracts and statutory documentation.
  • Support leadership with workforce planning succession planning and talent development strategies.
  • Coordinate training needs assessments and implement staff development programmes.
  • Ensure a safe compliant and supportive working environment aligned with company values.
Key Skills:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in HR preferably in a supervisory or senior officer role.
  • Strong knowledge of Zimbabwean labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with payroll systems (e.g. Belina) is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure handle confidential information and make sound decisions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Social Sciences or a related field.
