Key Responsibilities
Upwork Profile Management & Optimization
- Optimize and maintain Upwork profiles to improve visibility invites and response rates
- Implement keyword category and positioning strategies aligned with Upwork best practices
- Monitor and analyze profile performance metrics such as views clicks and Job Success Score (awareness level)
Lead Generation & Proposal Management
- Identify and evaluate high-quality relevant project opportunities on Upwork
- Write customized client-focused proposals tailored to client requirements and technical scope
- Manage connects efficiently to maximize proposal ROI
- Maintain consistency in proposal quality messaging and response rates
Reporting & Internal Collaboration
- Track and report key performance metrics including:
- Proposals sent
- Client responses
- Meetings/interviews booked
- Maintain structured records using ClickUp or similar project management tools
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure proposal accuracy and alignment
Required Skills
- Strong proposal writing and client communication skills
