Sr. Business Analyst
Philadelphia 3-4 days week onsite
Job Summary:
- Analyze and document mobile billing requirements including rating invoicing credits adjustments discounts and customer billing scenarios.
- Support mobile billing workflows related to device plans usage promotions and customer lifecycle events.
- Understand and document end-to-end mobile product flows from quote to order activation billing and customer experience.
- Assess impacts of billing changes on operations customer support and reporting.
- Collaborate with billing operations and product teams to ensure requirements match business needs and platform capabilities.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with Product Billing Operations Revenue Operations and Technology teams.
- Translate complex billing needs into clear business requirements functional specifications and user stories.
- Document current and future state processes ensuring clarity and readiness for implementation.
- Act as Business Owner during solutioning and backlog grooming including accepting user stories.
- Support test planning UAT readiness and ongoing clarification of requirements.
- Proactively engage and manage stakeholders driving progress independently.
- Identify gaps risks and ambiguities in requirements recommending solutions.
- Own assigned workstreams end-to-end after ramp-up.
- Communicate effectively across technical business and leadership teams.
- Utilize 6 years experience as a Business Analyst Billing Analyst or Product/Delivery BA with strong experience in billing systems (preferably mobile or subscription-based).
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with billing system enhancements requirements writing process analysis and revenue/billing operations.
- Operate independently and communicate assertively in fast-paced multi-initiative environments.
- Preferred: Experience with mobile wireless or subscription billing platforms; exposure to telecom; familiarity with Agile and backlog management.
