1. Communication and coordination 2. Office 365 including strong excel skills 3. Attention to details and following-up skills 4. Ability to generate reports from consolidated reports

Job description:

Demonstrates customer interface/relationship skills and performs well in the Senior Business Analyst role with teams.
Has the ability to provide direction to peer/junior resources.
Defines high-level application relationships flows implementation of business (processes activities functions information) applications and creates business and system use cases or functional specifications.
Analyses complex and new situations anticipates potential problems and future trends assesses opportunities impacts and risks while developing and implementing plans and solutions to customer problems.
Independently creates business requirement documents (BRD) that sets out project requirement including costs objectives milestones and timelines
Focuses skills and experience on projects and oversees acceptance testing contributes to development of user guides provides user trainingsupports the user in development of work processes.
Collaborates with scrum master to track progress of sprints (Sprint log % difference between user stories planned and deployed).
Participates in resolving any functional issue in post-production environment during the cutover period Works under limited supervision of Sr. / Lead business analysts.
Should have prior experience of working with clients of Retail CPG and Logistics industry
Should be aware of basic information security awareness protocols software security in the SDLC lifecycle and OWASP T op 10 concepts.

Education Requirements:

Bachelors - B.E./ / BCA; Masters - M. Tech / MCA degree; MBA Preferred - Tier 1/2 business school
