Position Summary:
Were seeking a dedicated and compassionate Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team and ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care in a warm residential setting. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who has a heart for seniors and a passion for leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all aspects of resident care within the community.
Supervise and support nursing and caregiving staff to ensure compassionate person-centered care.
Conduct assessments develop care plans and communicate effectively with residents families and healthcare providers.
Ensure compliance with all state regulations and community policies.
Collaborate with the Administrator and department heads to maintain a positive home-like environment.
Provide mentorship guidance and training to care staff.

Qualifications:

Current Nursing license in the State of New York.
Minimum 2 years of experience in assisted living long-term care or a related setting.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for working with older adults and leading by example.
