Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PCU/Stepdown Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a progressive care environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable floating between units and facilities while delivering safe patient-centered care. Travel experience is required.

Responsibilities

Provide care for PCU/Stepdown patients requiring close monitoring
Perform continuous cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring
Administer medications and IV therapies per protocol
Accurately document care in the EMR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Float to assigned units or facilities as needed
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

Requirements

Minimum 2 years PCU/Stepdown experience required
Travel experience required
Active NH or Compact RN license required at submission
AHA BLS and ACLS required
2 recent Charge/Manager RN references required
Skills checklist matching specialty required
NURSYS verification required for all RN licenses
Cerner experience preferred but not required
Drivers license must match demographics
RTO must be included at submission
Local candidates accepted (within 50 miles at local rate)
