Shift: Variable (Floating Required)
Hours: 36 48 Hours/Week (48-hr guarantee accepted)
Schedule: Must be comfortable floating to MS and Behavioral Health Annex
Pay Rate: $60/hr

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PCU/Stepdown Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care across Concord Hospital locations in Laconia and Franklin NH. The ideal candidate must have strong cardiac monitoring skills and be comfortable floating to Medical-Surgical units. This role requires flexibility strong acute care experience and the ability to adapt in a dynamic hospital environment.

Facility Overview

Concord Hospital Laconia
Concord Hospital Franklin
Behavioral Health Annex (training provided if floated)
Traveler may be required to float between sites

Responsibilities

Deliver safe high-quality care to PCU/Stepdown patients
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
Float to Medical-Surgical units as needed
Support Behavioral Health Annex when requested (training provided)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Follow hospital protocols and patient safety standards

Requirements

Minimum 2 years PCU/Stepdown experience
Prior travel experience required
Must be comfortable floating to MS
Active NH RN License or Compact License (required at submission)
AHA BLS & ACLS required
Must pass Advanced Dysrhythmia Exam (Relias) with 80%
Cerner experience preferred but not required
