Job Summary

Pain & Addiction Management

Nurse Practitioner

Overview of Job Duties...

Office EM visits including evaluating and treating new and existing patients and pre- and post-operative evaluations;
Addiction management including medication assisted treatment patient motivational counseling urine toxicology testing collaborating with additional wrap around services/social services;
Pain management including new and existing pain management image guided joint injections and nerve blocks opioid education safe prescribing of controlled substances opioid rotations and opioid substitution therapies;
Work closely with and under the direction of an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with addiction and pain board certification;
Fast-paced work environment.
Chart completion is expected at the end of each day.

Hours/Benefits...

Per Diem Position; Daily Flat Rate. Option to Transition to Full-Time 1099 or W2 position Were flexible to fit your needs.
Initial Schedule: 3-Days Days Per Week; 28 Patients per Day
