Reports to: Manager Supply Chain

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Data Analyst to play a key role in building and scaling Nexs global demand and supply planning analytics. This role will be responsible for shaping how data is used to support forecasting inventory strategy product availability cost analysis and market expansion.

In addition to delivering planning insights this role will take ownership of key supply chain metrics and reporting while contributing to Nexs evolving data hub. The work produced in this role will directly support leadership decision-making today and serve as a foundation for future ERP integration and automation as Nex scales.

This is a high-impact role in a fast-growing startup environment ideal for someone who enjoys building structure improving visibility and partnering cross-functionally to turn data into action.

Less experienced candidates will be considered as Supply Chain Data Analyst.

What Youll Do

  • Serve as the primary owner and point of contact for supply chain data including sales inventory purchase orders invoicing receiving and shipping data etc. ensure data accuracy consistency and accessibility across teams.
  • Own the development and maintenance of supply chain KPI metrics (e.g. forecast accuracy inventory turns service level lead time COGS etc).
  • Build and maintain recurring dashboards and reports that support weekly and monthly planning and business review cycles.
  • Analyze complex datasets and translate insights into clear recommendations for supply planning inventory positioning and procurement decisions.
  • Collaborate on building Nexs internal data hub contributing to a scalable architecture for future ERP and planning tool integration.
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify automation opportunities and streamline workflows as we scale.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality automate reporting and streamline analytical workflows as the business scales.

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in data analytics business analytics operations analytics or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and at least one of: SQL Python or R.
  • Experience building dashboards in Looker Tableau PowerBI or similar BI tools.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems work with incomplete data and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to present insights concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Curiosity about supply chain and interest in learning how data supports forecasting inventory sourcing and product availability.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.

Preferred

  • Experience with planning forecasting inventory analytics or logistics data sets.
  • Familiarity with consumer products electronics retail or e-commerce environments.
  • Exposure to data engineering concepts (data modeling pipelines or ETL).
  • Experience supporting ERP planning tools or data platform integrations.
  • Passion for gaming interactive products or family-focused consumer tech.
