Technical Recruiter

Role and Responsibilities
- Support ColorTokens end-to-end recruiting and talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding in a timely and effective manner including hiring reviews managing all recruiting dashboards and documentation
- Manage recruitment timelines and meet the defined hiring KPI and objectives
- Successfully manage talent searches on a predefined timeline; set benchmarks and metrics identify bottlenecks as well as understand how to prioritize hiring needs in a fast-paced environment
- Work with business stakeholders partners and vendors to proactively identify potential future hires ahead of time and meet the companys recruiting goals
- Take over and own campus and capstone hiring programs to identify up and coming talent on campuses including internship programs.
Skills and Qualifications
- MBA/ BE or equivalent practical experience
- Upto 6 years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
- Extremely versatile dedicated to efficient productivity
- Passionate about Technology Disruptive models Organizational Culture and Talent Management
