Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant responsible for designing configuring and implementing SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions. The role requires strong expertise in SAP FICO experience in S/4HANA implementations and close interaction with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation and support projects.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Configure core SAP FICO modules including GL AP AR Asset Accounting Bank Accounting Cost Center Accounting Internal Orders and Profit Center Accounting.
- Handle data migration activities from legacy systems to S/4HANA using tools like LTMC / LSMW.
- Perform Fit-Gap analysis and prepare functional specifications.
- Lead testing activities including Unit Testing SIT and UAT.
- Work on change requests enhancements and production support.
- Collaborate with other SAP modules such as MM SD PP and PS for integration.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Mentor junior consultants and coordinate with technical teams.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in SAP FICO.
- Experience in End-to-End Implementation (Greenfield / Brownfield).
- Hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementation or migration.
- Requirement Gathering and UAT experience.
- Knowledge of Change Requests and Enhancements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- SAP FICO Certification.
- Experience in S/4HANA Migration Projects.
- Knowledge of Taxation and E-Invoicing.
- Experience working in large or global SAP implementations
