Urgent Hiring US IT Recruiter
Location: Begumpet Hyderabad (Onsite)
Shift: 6:00 PM 3:00 AM (US Shift)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2 4 Years

We are actively looking for a US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in MSP/VMS hiring and working with public sector clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong sourcing & submission skills this is a great opportunity to grow with a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
Source screen and submit candidates through VMS portals (Beeline Fieldglass PeopleFluent etc.)
Work closely with Account Managers on requirements and submission timelines
Use platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter Dice Monster CareerBuilder
Manage rate negotiation compliance and documentation
Maintain ATS updates and track submittals interviews and hires
Build strong pipelines for roles like Developers QA Data Engineers PMs BAs ERP Consultants
What We re Looking For:
2 4 years of US IT Recruitment experience
Strong exposure to MSP/VMS model & public sector hiring
Good understanding of C2C W2 1099 employment types
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Ability to work in a target-driven fast-paced environment
