Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage mentor and guide SAP technical teams (Basis Developers Functional).
- Project Management: Oversee SAP implementation upgrade and migration projects from planning to delivery managing timelines budgets and resources.
- Solution Design: Provide technical expertise for designing and enhancing SAP solutions to meet business needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with business units leadership and external partners managing expectations and aligning technical strategy.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement defining standards procedures and best practices for SAP operations. Good understanding of Agile methodology and real experience
- Risk & Compliance: Identify and mitigate risks ensuring compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations.
- Technical Oversight: Ensure proper configuration performance tuning monitoring security and maintenance (patching backups) of SAP systems (ECC-ON Prem S/4HANA ).
- Core Tech Skills
- Strong knowledge of RICEF objects
- Good hands-on Experience in OOPs programming
- Strong understanding of enhancement framework in SAP
- Hand on experience around ABAP on HANA Output Management and OData/Gateway
- Good functional understanding on multiple modules and should have the ability to propose technical solutions as and when required.
- Implementation knowledge of standard and custom Fiori App (UI5)
Total Experience Expected: 12 to 15 years
Qualifications :
B Tech or M Tech or MCA and 12-14 years of hands-on experience in SAP Implantation/AMS Project
