Job Summary

A Leading FMCG Company is looking for experienced candidate in driving institutional sales (corporates HoReCa government modern trade bulk buyers) for FMCG products managing key accounts acquiring new institutional clients and achieving volume and revenue targets in assigned regions.


Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for institutional channels (corporate clients HoReCa chains canteens caterers large organizations bulk buyers).

  • Identify and acquire new institutional accounts; expand business with existing key accounts through range selling and higher share of wallet.

  • Negotiate pricing contracts and annual rate agreements ensuring profitable terms and ontime renewals.

  • Collaborate with supply chain finance and operations to ensure OTIF supplies credit control and customer satisfaction.

  • Track sales KPIs pipeline and market trends; prepare regular sales reports forecasts and competitor intelligence.

  • Coordinate promotions sampling and activations tailored to institutional customers



Requirements

  • Graduate / MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred with 10 years of FMCG sales experience including institutional / corporate / HoReCa sales.

  • Strong B2B selling keyaccount management and contract negotiation skills.

  • Good understanding of FMCG distribution pricing schemes and bulk procurement behavior of institutions.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools Excel and sales reporting; comfortable managing a sales funnel and forecasts.

  • Excellent communication relationshipbuilding and stakeholdermanagement skills; willingness to travel extensively
