Job Summary
- Support utilisateurs (N1/N2) : analyse dincidents diagnostic technique coordination avec les équipes de développement.
- Run & Maintenance évolutive : recueil des besoins rédaction de User Stories et spécifications techniques tests fonctionnels et techniques suivi des livraisons.
- Projets & amélioration continue : conception et documentation dAPI (REST/SOAP) développement/revue de scripts Python participation aux cérémonies Agile UAT formation utilisateurs et hypercare post Go-Live.
Qualifications :
- Formation supérieure en informatique ou ingénierie
- Expérience confirmée en Business Analysis IT avec une forte sensibilité technique
- Solides compétences en Python et en API (conception intégration documentation)
- Capacité à comprendre et représenter des architectures techniques et flux dintégration
- Expérience en support applicatif et maintenance évolutive
- Pratique de lAgile (rédaction dUser Stories coordination avec développeurs)
- Autonomie rigueur et excellent esprit déquipe
- Langues : Français et Anglais courants
