- Participate in valuation projects and deliver accurate reports
- Perform thorough due diligence on property details
- Conduct site visits and collect data for preparation of valuation and advisory reports
- Prepare financial feasibility analysis and valuation reports
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications :
- University (or equivalent) degree in Real Estate/Surveying/Property Management or related disciplines
- 1 years of any real estate related work experience. Fresh Graduates will be considered as well
- Solid knowledge of real estate markets valuation methodologies and industry regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Effective communication and client relationship management skills
- Proactive and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail
- High proficiency in MS Office applications in particular Excel
- Good command of both written and verbal English Cantonese or Mandarin. Proficiency in any Asian language is a plus
