Key Responsibilities
The Head of Business Services Hong Kong/ Macau/ Taiwan is a multi-faceted role with responsibility for coordination and provision of Real Estate Corporate Services Corporate Security Business Continuity & Resiliency.
Real Estate Services: Ensure professional property facility management supporting health safety ergonomics performing project move management on demand space planning and management of critical infrastructure.
Corporate Services: Manage a portfolio of services around A/V equipment office insurance document management fleet management parking management corporate card management mail distribution reception pest control janitorial catering services & more. Periodic review of office procedure and ensure policies are up to date.
Security Services: Adherence of standards in access control systems and CCTV. Provide local information during security events and ensure all incidents are reported timely.
Business Continuity Services: Compliance with all global requirements regarding BCP BIA Disaster Recover IMT including all mandatory documentation trainings and exercise plans.
Regularly communicate with key business unit leadership on Business Services strategy initiatives metrics and value-add opportunities and stay connected on business unit strategy challenges and initiatives.
Ensure Business Services is compliant with AIG policies and with Regulatory requirements. Meet deliverables for local Regulatory examination and ensure timely closure of issues raised.
Planning and monitoring of budgets and cost development of all related costs. Proactive identification and implementation of cost saving potentials.
Support strategic sourcing initiatives in collaboration with AIG Global Sourcing & Procurement Services (GS&PS). Engage Legal in contract reviews to ensure that the appropriate contract documents are used to address AIG requirements and country/ local requirement.

Key Experience:
5 years experience in business services management real estate property or facility management
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration/ Building Services Engineering/ Estate Management/ Facilities Management or equivalent
Building and M&E knowledge with hands-on facilities management experience will be advantageous
