Job Summary

Our client is seeking a highly connected and forward-thinking HR Officer to support its ambitious growth strategy leading into 2026. This role is heavily recruitment-driven and will play a pivotal role in building onboarding and retaining top talent to support business expansion. The ideal candidate is a fast learner proactive self-starter and technologically astute with a strong ability to leverage AI and digital tools to drive HR efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across multiple roles in line with business growth plans
  • Leverage professional networks and talent pipelines to attract high-quality candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver timely recruitment solutions
  • Manage onboarding processes to ensure seamless employee integration and engagement
  • Maintain accurate HR records and support general HR administration
  • Support HR initiatives aligned with organisational growth and culture
  • Utilise HR tech platforms and AI-driven tools to optimise recruitment screening and reporting
  • Provide ongoing support on employee relations and basic HR compliance matters
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HR Officer with a strong focus on recruitment and onboarding
  • Well-connected within the local talent market with demonstrated sourcing capability
  • Strong understanding of modern recruitment methods and digital hiring tools
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to leverage AI in recruitment and HR processes (essential)
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced evolving environment
  • Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High levels of initiative adaptability and learning agility
