Job Summary
Our client is seeking a highly connected and forward-thinking HR Officer to support its ambitious growth strategy leading into 2026. This role is heavily recruitment-driven and will play a pivotal role in building onboarding and retaining top talent to support business expansion. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across multiple roles in line with business growth plans
- Leverage professional networks and talent pipelines to attract high-quality candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver timely recruitment solutions
- Manage onboarding processes to ensure seamless employee integration and engagement
- Maintain accurate HR records and support general HR administration
- Support HR initiatives aligned with organisational growth and culture
- Utilise HR tech platforms and AI-driven tools to optimise recruitment screening and reporting
- Provide ongoing support on employee relations and basic HR compliance matters
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Officer with a strong focus on recruitment and onboarding
- Well-connected within the local talent market with demonstrated sourcing capability
- Strong understanding of modern recruitment methods and digital hiring tools
- Tech-savvy with the ability to leverage AI in recruitment and HR processes (essential)
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced evolving environment
- Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills
- High levels of initiative adaptability and learning agility
