Hayleys Agriculture Holdings Limited Agri Equipment Division is seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as Manager Grain & Food Processing Machinery (Post-Harvest Machinery Sector). The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the sales operations of the Grain & Food Processing Machinery portfolio within the Post-Harvest Machinery Sector. This role requires ensuring full compliance with company guidelines and policies while effectively addressing the needs of both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be expected to drive business growth strengthen market presence and ensure operational excellence in delivering high-quality solutions to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the existing product portfolio while leading the development promotion and expansion of the Grain & Food Processing Machinery product range.

• Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration in alignment with sector growth objectives.

• Build and maintain strong sustainable relationships with principals suppliers distributors and key clients.

• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Prepare comprehensive business plans pricing strategies and accurate sales forecasts.

• Oversee project implementation ensuring timely execution and facilitating customer training.

• Provide technical and commercial guidance to the sales team to enhance their performance and customer interactions.

• Require travelling to monitor and manage sales force activities on the field when required.

Required Skills Experience and Competencies:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field from a reputed university with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role; OR

• Diploma in Agriculture or Marketing from a recognized institute with at least 8 years of relevant experience.

• Strong technical understanding of post-harvest and food processing machinery.

• Demonstrated business development project management and solution-driven planning skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with international suppliers and principals.

• Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical problem-solving and strategic planning capabilities.
