Our clients firm does residential and commercial conveyancing property law business law asset protection and estate planning.

JOB SUMMARY:
A highly organised and detail-oriented legal professional with experience in paralegal support conveyancing processes and legal administration. Skilled in preparing and managing legal documentation coordinating property transactions liaising with clients and external parties and supporting solicitors with paralegal and administrative tasks. Adept at working in fast-paced legal environments while maintaining accuracy compliance and confidentiality. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure the smooth operation of legal workflows from instruction to completion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Is dedicated to providing 5-star service in every interaction.
Is friendly approachable and customer-service focused.
Communicates effectively (written and verbal)
Follows procedures and workflows carefully
Has a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Is organised and has proven admin skills.
Is excited about a long-term role and growing with us.
Requirements
A passion for delivering exceptional client service.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and PCs is a must (Outlook Word and Teams are important).
- Experience with Smokeball Practice Management software a bonus!
- Fast and accurate typing speed.
- The ability to handle a variety of conveyancing and legal administration tasks including:
- Assisting clients agents and others in a timely manner via email.
- Entering contracts sending emails and answering queries.
- Drafting client agreements
- Conducting searches
- Managing matter administration and compliance end-to-end.
- Managing PEXA tasks.
- Drafting basic wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPOA).
- General administration duties.
- Booking Client Appointments with Solicitors
