Job Summary

This is a remote position.

  • Proactively manage the CEOs calendar inbox and meeting priorities
  • Act as a gatekeeper to reduce distractions and ensure focus on high-value work
  • Draft format and manage documents reports presentations and correspondence
  • Track follow-ups actions and deadlines to ensure nothing slips through
  • End-to-end travel planning and coordination (domestic and international)
  • Manage itineraries flights accommodation and changes as required
  • Prepare briefing packs for travel meetings and events
  • Provide administrative support across board roles and external commitments
  • Coordinate meetings agendas papers and minutes where required
  • Liaise professionally with internal leaders board members and external stakeholders
  • Act as a central point of coordination between the CEO and internal teams
  • Support project coordination and general business administration
  • Ensure tasks and decisions are followed through efficiently


Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Personal Assistant ideally supporting a CEO or senior executive
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
  • Confidence working autonomously and proactively
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
