Director HR Technology
Location: Houston TX
Type: Contract 26 Weeks
Schedule: MonFri 8:00 AM5:00 PM
Pay: $70$75/hr
Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Director of HR Technology to lead strategy optimization and operations for HR and workforce technology platforms including support for an upcoming ERP migration. This role partners closely with HR IT and enterprise leaders to drive system improvements and business alignment.
Responsibilities:
Lead HR technology strategy system optimization and process digitization
Oversee HR/Workforce platforms reporting analytics and performance metrics
Manage day-to-day operations user support and issue resolution
Lead develop and manage HR Technology teams and vendors
Drive projects governance compliance and cross-functional collaboration
Support ERP migration and enterprise technology initiatives
Requirements:
10 years IT experience; 5 years in HR/Workforce technology
5 years of people and team leadership experience
Hands-on experience with cloud-based HCM platforms (required)
Strong leadership project management and process improvement skills
