Summary of Role:
GlobalFoundries is seeking a Senior Director Enterprise Change & Technology Transformation to serve as a senior enterprise transformation leader for a multiyear global business and digital transformation initiative. This role is accountable for driving end to end transformation outcomes with a primary focus on the programs most complex and business critical phase ERP transformation
This is not a traditional PMO role. The successful candidate will own transformation strategy execution standardization of enterprise ways of working executive alignment and value realization across Finance Supply Chain Engineering and IT. The role requires deep business judgment strong executive presence and the ability to lead complex change at scale.
Essential Responsibilities:
Enterprise Transformation Leadership
Lead delivery of critical phases ofGF Program Phoenix R6 ensuring alignment between business strategy operating model design and technology execution.
Drive adoption ofglobal standardized business processes avoiding localized orregions pecificcustomizations that increase complexity and technical debt.
Ensure transformation outcomes improve operational performancedecision making andlong termscalability.
Governance & Decision Leadership
Own transformation governance including scope control design tradeoffs risk management and decision escalation.
Partner with Finance IT and functional leaders toestablishclear accountability for value realizationand measurable business outcomes.
Act as the senior authority ontransformationdesign consistency and enterprise standards.
Executive & Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives providing clear concise updates on progress risks and decisions.
Influence and align senior leaders across functions with competing priorities in ahigh stakesenvironment.
Leadexecutive levelforums steering committees and transformation reviews.
Partner & Vendor Leadership
Provide senior oversight of system integrators and external partners holding them accountable for results quality and delivery commitments.
Guiderecovery planning risk mitigation and performance improvements where needed.
Change Leadership
Work with Change Management and HR partners to ensure strong organizational readiness adoption and leadership alignment.
Anticipate and address resistance capability gaps and behavioral change challenges across a global workforce.

Required Qualifications
15 years of experience leadinglargescale enterprise transformations digital transformations orERP enabledbusiness change.
Proven success deliveringcomplex global initiativeswith significant business impact across Finance Supply Chain or Operations.
Strong understanding ofSAP enabledbusiness processes(e.g.RecordtoReportProcuretoPayOrdertoCash PLM) and how they support enterprise operations.
Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity makeenterprise leveltradeoffs and influence at the executive level.
Experience managing large system integrators andcrossfunctional global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience insemiconductor manufacturing or industrial technologyenvironments.
Background in enterprise operating model design value realization orpostERPoptimization.
Track recordof leading transformation beyond delivery into sustained adoption and benefits realization.
Expected Salary Range
