Manage Help Desk requests providing frontline support for all issues regarding end-user computing.
Install and configure all end-user Windows desktops and laptops and maintain current corporatestandards through repair and upgrade.
Monitor system backups and assist with system recovery testing.
Administer Office 365 and support Microsoft Teams.
Install and configure desktops laptops printers and other end-user equipment using current corporate standards.
Install and configure end-user software using current corporate standards.
Maintenance of hardware and software standards through updates upgrades repairs and installation of patches and fixes.
Includes installation of new software releases and system upgrades evaluation and installation of patches.
Support and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure industry and company compliance are upheld.
Perform routine System Checks.
Submit PO requisitions for equipment as needed.
Manage and maintain IT inventory ensuring accurate tracking timely updates and proper documentation of all hardware and software assets.
On-call- and weekend hours may be required.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree in applicable field of study preferred or equivalent combination of education certification and job experience may be considered.
