Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintainSAN Storage platforms(Pure IBM Dell NetApp) ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
OverseeSAN connectivity to mainframe environments addressing any issues and optimizing integration.
Administer and maintainvirtualized environments(VMWare) andWindows serversacross the enterprise.
Perform criticalActive Directory administration including user management group policies and directory security.
Execute system upgrades patches and troubleshooting with minimal downtime.
Create and maintain detailed documentation to support system rewrites and ongoing improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams providing clear and effective communication to ensure alignment.
Participate in on-call rotations for nightly and weekend patching upgrades and troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications:

10 years of experiencein:
- Administration and maintenance ofSAN Storage systems(Pure IBM Dell NetApp).
- SAN connectivity to mainframe environments.
- Managing virtualized environments specificallyVMWare.
- Windows system administrationandActive Directorymanagement.
- System management processes scripting languages and utility programs.
- Patching upgrades and troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality documentation.
Proven ability to work independently manage priorities and learn new systems and processes.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal to collaborate effectively across teams.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Certifications such asVMware Certified Professional (VCP)Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or SAN vendor-specific certifications.
Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages to automate processes.
