We are seeking a motivated and organized Remote Cruise Specialist to assist clients with cruise planning reservations and travel coordination in a fully remote environment.
Position Overview
As a Remote Cruise Specialist you will work directly with clients to research cruise options explain itineraries and ship details and manage cruise reservations from inquiry through final documentation. This role is well-suited for individuals who enjoy customer service organization and working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand cruise preferences budgets and travel goals
- Research cruise lines ships itineraries and sailing dates
- Prepare cruise options and pricing information for clients
- Book cruise reservations using approved supplier platforms
- Manage guest details payments and documentation accurately
- Communicate with clients regarding confirmations changes and deadlines
- Assist with itinerary updates rebookings or cancellations when needed
- Stay informed on cruise policies travel requirements and supplier updates
- Maintain organized records of client communications and bookings
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems
- Customer-service mindset and professional communication style
- Interest in cruising and travel planning
- Prior travel or cruise experience is helpful but not required
