Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to leads sourced from marketing campaigns property portals and referrals.
- Manage inbound calls by addressing customer inquiries and providing detailed accurate project information.
- Assess customer requirements and tailor project recommendations to generate interest and engagement.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with potential buyers to nurture leads until visit or conversion.
- Ensure all lead data is accurately updated in CRM systems or Excel spreadsheets.
- Meet daily and weekly call targets follow-up benchmarks and performance KPIs.
- Provide regular feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the sales team.
- Demonstrate clear courteous and professional communication at all times.

- Confident in handling objections delivering project details and influencing decisions.
- Prior experience in real estate telecalling call center operations or customer service is preferred.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting performance targets.
- Pleasant vocal tone positive attitude and a strong commitment to professionalism and integrity.
