Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to candidates who have applied for job vacancies.
- Explain job details assess candidate suitability and record relevant information.
- Validate candidate details including education experience current location and salary.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with recruiters for smooth communication.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in CRM/recruitment database.
- Assist in basic office coordination documentation and daily reporting.
- Graduates / Undergraduates with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in telecalling customer service or any client-facing role preferred.
- Freshers or women returning to work after a break are encouraged to apply.
- Confident organized and fluent in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets and data entry.
