The Telecaller / Client Outreach Executive plays a critical role in client acquisition and revenue support at .
The position focuses on outbound client communication lead qualification follow-ups and appointment coordination ensuring a consistent and high-quality sales pipeline for CA and compliance services.
The role requires strong multilingual communication skills discipline in data handling and the ability to perform in a target-oriented professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling (80120 calls/day) to prospective and existing clients.
- Clearly explain services including GST Income Tax Business Registration ROC TDS and Compliance.
- Qualify leads using approved scripts checklists and eligibility criteria.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in CRM systems and Google Sheets.
- Schedule client appointments and coordinate seamless handover to Sales Executives.
- Conduct structured follow-ups on pending leads and inquiries.
- Maintain call quality compliance and professional communication standards.
- Achieve assigned daily weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
