Job Summary:
The Telecaller – Insurance is responsible for making outbound and handling inbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote insurance products. The role involves explaining policy features generating leads closing sales or fixing appointments and ensuring a positive customer experience while meeting assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities:
•Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases and handle inbound insurance-related calls.
•Explain various insurance products such as life health motor and general insurance clearly and accurately.
•Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
•Generate leads follow up with interested prospects and close sales or schedule appointments for the sales team.
•Maintain accurate records of calls customer details and follow-ups in CRM systems.
•Achieve daily weekly and monthly call and sales targets.
•Address basic customer queries and concerns related to policies premiums and documentation.
•Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
•Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and customer support.
Eligibility & Skills:
• Minimum 0.6 -1 years of experience in telecalling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to work with targets and under pressure.
• Customer-focused and professional attitude.
