Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Process Optimization: Lead and facilitate cross-functional design and improvement sessions root cause analysis and value stream mapping. Implement Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies to reduce waste and improve process efficiency.

Data Analysis: Setting and maintaining the GSC dashboard focused on driving data analytics to identify trends patterns and opportunities for improvement.

Performance Management: Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of improvement. Establish governance frameworks for monitoring and sustaining improvements

Setting the Business Excellence Framework: Assess design and implement the new Business Excellence framework to drive ownership collaboration Assurance and future transformation for Finance and business process. Constantly improving the processes and framework to exceed the needs of our partners.

Project Management: Manage cross functional projects ensuring they are completed on me within budget and to the required quality standards.

Quality Assurance and Controls: Understand the Current As-Is process/ framework and design a one standard framework for the whole of GSC. Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements standardization and best practices to enhance service efficiency reduce costs and improve the overall customer experience. The need for process improvement starts right from transition to operations. Evaluate existing processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma Kaizen or similar to streamline operations and reduce waste.

 Change management skills: Ability to support and manage change within shared service functions

Deploying tech Solutions: Has the knowledge of SDLC and knows the nitty-gritties around Automation solutions

Capability building: Drive the identified continuous improvement trainings within the organization.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant policies procedures and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders Partners Heads of solutions managers Enablement team both internally and externally to ensure effective communication collaboration and alignment of business goals and customer expectations.

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. Business Administration Operations Management Quality management Engineering).

Black Belt certification Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. (Six Sigma Lean Certified is a must)

Has the experience with working with GSC and se ng up process for operations and enablement functions.

8 years of required experience in shared services business process improvement Managing Quality or Operational Excellence

Minimum of 6 years of experience in quality assurance PMO or operational excellence.

Experience in Retail & Financial Services domain is highly desirable.

Strong experience in managing global business services preferably within a shared services IT or customer service environment.

Proven experience in working with cross functional teams and managing projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with data analytics tools and techniques. Worked on BI Tools (Preferred is MicroStrategy / Looker Studio).

Ability to conduct business cases and identify the best fit solutions

Strong experience in stakeholder management and has the ability to work on influence strategy

Understanding of technologies which support to drive innovation and optimization.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experienced in managing such role with multiple verticals.

Strong understanding of shared services operations and best practices
