Job Summary: Business Development Manager
- Utilize basic computer knowledge and technological skills to perform job functions.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Manage customer relationships through digital platforms providing prompt responses and soliciting feedback for service improvement.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to address customer requests efficiently.
- Analyze market trends and competing products; exhibit a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Manage and maintain relationships with distributors including Banca and Brokers.
- Exhibit a high level of motivation and proactive attitude.
- Possess sound knowledge of Insurance Mutual Funds and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF).
- Demonstrate proper telephone etiquette in all communications.
- Maintain flexibility in working hours to cater to Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients.
- Prefer candidates with experience as NR-RM Portfolio Manager in equity/broking firms or digital sales/tele-calling experience in insurance/NR products.
- Compensation: CTC of 4.25 LPA plus incentives.
