Role Summary
Responsible for managing HR operations statutory compliance employee relations and compensation & benefits in an API manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end HR operations: recruitment onboarding payroll coordination and exits
Manage compensation & benefits including payroll inputs statutory deductions insurance bonus and gratuity
Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF ESI Factories Act CLRA etc.)
Support manpower planning and recruitment for plant and corporate roles
Handle employee relations grievances and contract labor
Coordinate statutory internal and external audits
Support performance management training and HR reporting
