Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a national sales strategy aligned to business growth objectives and market priorities
- Lead coach and motivate regional and key account sales teams to achieve volume value and distribution targets
- Expand market presence through effective territory planning route to market optimization and channel development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts distributors wholesalers and modern trade partners
- Monitor competitive activity pricing movements and category trends to support informed commercial decisions
- Drive execution excellence across merchandising trade marketing promotions and in store visibility programs
- Analyse sales performance data and prepare regular reports forecasts and insights for executive leadership
- Collaborate with marketing supply chain finance and operations to ensure availability pricing integrity and service delivery
- Oversee national sales budgets trade spend and profitability management
- Ensure compliance with company policies ethical standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:
- A degree in Business Marketing Sales or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Sales Manager
