Job Summary

Our client is looking for a National Sales Manager (FMCG) to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a national sales strategy aligned to business growth objectives and market priorities
  • Lead coach and motivate regional and key account sales teams to achieve volume value and distribution targets
  • Expand market presence through effective territory planning route to market optimization and channel development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts distributors wholesalers and modern trade partners
  • Monitor competitive activity pricing movements and category trends to support informed commercial decisions
  • Drive execution excellence across merchandising trade marketing promotions and in store visibility programs
  • Analyse sales performance data and prepare regular reports forecasts and insights for executive leadership
  • Collaborate with marketing supply chain finance and operations to ensure availability pricing integrity and service delivery
  • Oversee national sales budgets trade spend and profitability management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies ethical standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:
  • A degree in Business Marketing Sales or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Sales Manager
  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the FMCG industry
