Roles & Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.

  • Drive employee engagement through regular one-on-one connects and skip-level discussions.

  • Manage performance review cycles goal setting and appraisal processes effectively.

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations including letter releases promotions and transfers.

  • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to support compensation and workforce planning decisions.

  • Identify learning needs and collaborate with stakeholders to design impactful L&D programs.

  • Provide guidance to managers on talent management employee relations and organizational development.

  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies fostering a culture of fairness and transparency.
