Standardized Title: Business Development Executive US Night Shift
About the Opportunity
A company operating in the B2B sales and client acquisition sector serving US-based customers. We deliver outsourced sales and lead-generation services to technology and professional-services buyers focusing on high-volume outreach qualifying enterprise prospects and securing discovery meetings for account teams. This role is strictly on-site in India and works overnight to align with US business hours.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls emails LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads for US-based accounts.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using defined BANT/CHAMP criteria and convert qualified prospects into booked meetings for sales teams.
- Manage and update opportunity records in CRM daily to ensure accurate pipeline and activity tracking.
- Collaborate with US-based account executives to coordinate demo schedules and handoffs during overlapping hours.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (calls emails conversions meetings booked) and provide regular performance reports.
- Continuously refine outreach messaging and target lists based on campaign performance and feedback.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven experience in B2B inside sales or business development targeting US clients (night shift on-site in India).
- Fluent spoken and written English with strong US-accent comprehension.
- Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce or HubSpot) for managing pipeline and logging activities.
- Demonstrated success in cold calling and email outreach to enterprise or mid-market buyers.
- Ability to work night US shift hours reliably and be present on-site as required.
- Strong metrics orientation with experience hitting targets and reporting performance.
Preferred
- Experience selling SaaS IT services or technology solutions to US clients.
- Familiarity with prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and email-sequencing platforms.
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or related field.
