Job Summary

Perform configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco and Aruba switches.
Create modify and manage VLANs as per network requirements.
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
Network device installations upgrades and patching.
Support escalation to L3 teams when required.
Maintain network documentation and inventory.
Ensure network compliance with organizational standards and security policies.

Requirements

13 years of experience in network operations or support.
Hands-on experience with Cisco and Aruba switch configuration and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of VLANs trunking and routing concepts.
Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g. SolarWinds PRTG or similar).
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
CCNA certification (preferred).

Required Skills:
