Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Deliver online/offline training sessions on ZTE PS Core network technologies.
Explain PS Core architecture including SGSN GGSN MME SGW PGW and UPF (as applicable).
Provide detailed understanding of data call flows for 2G/3G/4G networks.
Demonstrate configuration monitoring and troubleshooting of ZTE PS Core nodes.
Train on performance monitoring fault management and KPI analysis.
Cover integration of PS Core with RAN IMS and external networks.
Prepare training materials such as presentations lab manuals and assessments.
Evaluate trainee performance and provide technical guidance.
Skills Required:
Strong hands-on experience with ZTE PS Core platforms.
In-depth knowledge of PS Core protocols: GTP Diameter SCTP IP TCP/UDP.
Understanding of mobility management session management and charging concepts.
Experience with OSS tools for fault configuration and performance management.
Knowledge of Linux systems and IP networking fundamentals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Prior freelance or corporate training experience preferred.
Experience:
10 years of experience in PS Core Network Engineering.
Training delivery experience will be an added advantage.
Additional Preferred Skills:
Exposure to VoLTE/IMS integration.
Experience with live production networks.
Ability to deliver hands-on lab-based training.
