Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct online/offline training sessions on Radio Network Controller (RNC) operations.
Explain RNC architecture radio network integration and network planning concepts.
Demonstrate hands-on configuration monitoring and troubleshooting of RNCs.
Prepare training materials lab exercises and assessments for trainees.
Provide guidance on performance optimization fault analysis and KPI management.
Evaluate trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
Skills Required:
Expertise in RNC operations (2G/3G/4G networks).
Strong knowledge of Radio Access Network (RAN) architecture and protocols.
Experience with network monitoring fault management and optimization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for training delivery.
Ability to prepare lab exercises practical demonstrations and course content.
Experience: 10 years in RNC/Radio Network Engineering (or as per requirement)
Other Details:
Trainer should be able to provide real-world examples and troubleshooting scenarios.
Familiarity with ZTE Ericsson Nokia or Huawei RNC platforms is a plus.
Knowledge of KPI analysis network performance tuning and fault resolution is preferred.
