Position: Radio Network Engineer 2G/3G

Roles & Responsibilities:

Plan configure and optimize 2G/3G Radio Network elements (BTS NodeB RNC).
Monitor network performance KPIs and alarms for 2G/3G networks.
Perform fault troubleshooting and resolution for radio network issues.
Collaborate with Core and Transmission teams for seamless integration.
Implement software upgrades parameter changes and network optimizations.
Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations changes and incidents.

Skills Required:

Hands-on experience with ZTE 2G/3G network equipment.
Strong understanding of GSM/UMTS protocols radio planning and RAN architecture.
Expertise in network monitoring fault management and KPI analysis.
Problem-solving and analytical skills for radio network optimization.
Knowledge of integration between RNC and Core/Transmission networks.

Experience: 10 years in 2G/3G Radio Network operations (or as per requirement)
