Job Summary

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives including website management social media and email campaigns
  • Oversee content creation and distribution across various channels to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Manage the companys online presence and reputation through proactive engagement and monitoring
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance using data analytics tools and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing materials and communications
  • Plan and coordinate events press releases and public relations activities
  • Manage relationships with external vendors agencies and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in marketing strategies
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing and communications with at least 3 years in a managerial role in similar capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO SEM social media and content marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console and social media analytics platforms
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent leadership team management and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to think strategically and analytically
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Experience in brand management and public relations
